“I love your sandwiches much better than Subway but I would like to add as of recent when I received my order today with my drink I got a paper straw this is not good leaves a nasty taste in your mouth the straw gets soft and Soggy makes the soda taste bad please get rid of this straw I'm not sure whose idea this was but this was a terrible idea“

“I went to the store on Mid Rivers Mall Drive by HWY 94. The young lady that worked the drive through tonight is always so very nice to me. I wish I knew her name. She is young with dark hair. She paid for my meal tonight because she told me that I always am very pleasant and nice to her and she wanted to show her appreciation. Now that is A+ guest service!“

“Wonderful dining experience. Me and my brother went in for a quick bite to eat only stayed there for lunch for a few minutes. we were there only about 15 to 20 minutes. Got a sub sandwich and some chips and a drink. The service was fast and quick and professional. The staff was very nice and super fast. The person made my sandwich very quickly and i even gave them a compliment on how fast they made my sandwich . It was a yummy sandwich and it did not disappoint . i didnt use the bathroom in the restaurant so i dont know if the restroom is clean our not so take your chances . i know whenever i go to a restaurant i want a place that has a clean bathroom. the restaurant inside was clean and very orderly and very functional . they had a great assortment of drinks and chips that you can have with your sandwich meal. all and all it was a great dining experience and i would totally go back to this place again and eat there. i would recommend this place to everyone. the only reason why i gave it a 4/5 is that the restaurant is a very small place. they should expand .FOLLOW ME ON YOUTUBE AND TIKTOK AT FEARSMAN26

“This is the best Subway in St Charles to grab a sandwich at. Period.The franchise owner, “Karam”, is almost always there and makes you smile. He makes sure you have the best service and only the freshest sandwich. Driving past other Subways to get to this location is well worth it!
