“I love supporting my local Strafford McDonald's I understand my order often takes time to get it correct, what I don't appreciate is when a worker and manager turn their backs on you when your trying to inform them of a problem.... not once but two days in a row. I would appreciate someone in management at the store to contact me for more details.“

Wheather I'm in my office, kitchen or not he tries his best to accommodate us in any way he can.
If my crew has a consern or questions. He is always quick to find the answers or resolve.
He talks to each one of us as if we're friends, and not just another customer.Never is he to busy to stop and say hello and ask how things are going.

I have been a customer since they first opened and the consistency of delicious drinks paired with the quality of the tea and ingredients is unmatched by other boba places in the city. “Due to my work hours, I am an EARLY morning (4:30ish) drive-through customer. I am consistently pleased with the pleasant demeanor of the employees who work the morning shift.

“We ate lunch here today, and as we were walking, we went to walk in. The general manager was going in too and opened the door for as well. He was very friendly and then waited patiently to take our order. This is the 2nd time we've ordered food here, and the food isn't greasy and seems to be hot and fresh each time so far. We'll definitely eat here again.“
