“Pizza was as expected but the delivery girl did sing Happy Birthday to me. Sure, I put it in the delivery instructions, but still. I waited to see if she would do it without me mentioning it and she did. She didn't seem very enthusiastic or pleased about having to do it (no worries, I understand) but she did it. And I definitely needed that today! Thank you stranger for making my Birthentine Day a little better. "No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted."“

“The Sullivan MO McDonald's is the best McDonald's or any fast food restaurant you will ever experience. Food is always fresh, fries are hot and the service is fast, friendly and efficient. Whether you're in the drive-thru, indoors or my favorite, curb service. Shout out to mgrs Nicole and Linda for always being friendly and running an efficient shift. Also a guy I've seen working everywhere named Joseph. I'm sure all of these people will be successful in life because of the work ethics they show at McDonald's in Sullivan MO“

“I had come in the other night and my order was completely wrong but with it being so close to closing time and I live so far out of town there wasn't a lot I could do at that time. I completed a survey explaining why my experience wasn't great and they contacted me the next day. I believe Emma (so sorry if this is incorrect name) is the one that contacted me through email told me that I could come in and they would not only correct my order but they would even give me my entire order even though there was only a couple of things that was incorrect free of charge. I work late and it was literally 25 minutes till their closing time and Jenny was very pleasant told me to come on in and I got my order! THANK YOU so very much! I really appreciate you all taking the time to make my experience that much better!“
