“Their online ordering site says they have curbside pickup and I parked out front where several signs indicate the number to text for curbside pickup. The response received indicated their pick up staff have been cut and I should come in to get my order. I would not have ordered had I known curbside pickup was unavailable. I called and told a staff member I couldn't come in and requested a refund. She asked me what type car I had and said she would send the order out. It took more than 15 minutes and a second phone call before they brought it out. (Another car pulled up during this time and received curbside delivery while I still waited.)“

“First time at Picklemans. Staff was upbeat and courteous. Great value for the money. Restaurant clean. Bread was fresh, vegetables fresh. Lemonade was awesome. The chips were a brand I wasn't familiar with, but they were delicious. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was that the chicken salad was a bit bland. Otherwise, I would recommend and will go back again.“

The best thing I could’ve done, the rice crispy was soooo good… I ordered again on 9/8/25 and again the food was good.. but idk who made them rice crispy on 9/8/25 they don’t need to make them no more! I have ordered from here and went in person numerous times over the past year. In the last 3 months, it has really gone downhill. The last 2 times I went in person, the sweet potato fries were not able to be given to us because they said there was a 30 minute delay. They gave us macaroni instead which was nice, and promised a refund that I never received. Then, the last 3 doordashes the fries were hard, burnt, and inedible. It's a shame because I pay good money to eat healthier options at lunch, especially with my gallbladder being removed, so I can not worry about flare ups and feel confident that I can continue my work day, by eating healthier options, and not getting sick. This used to be my favorite place but I'm disheartened now. 😔 I wish it would let me upload the pics.“

“We ordered Russos delivery to cater our wedding and they surpassed our expectations. For $1,000, we fed 80+ people and still had leftovers for days. Definitely ordered too much but that’s because we didn’t realize the subs were so packed with meats and cheese. Probably the best subs we have ever eaten. The pastas, fruits, cheeses, and salads were delicious as well. Our only disappointment was with the roast beef sandwiches which were lacking in the meat department as compared to the subs. But overall, a superb experience. We will definitely be ordering again as needed. Well done!“
