Went there tonight, waited 15 minutes as the first of two cars in line, to get one burger I didn't order and two missing, out of 6 item order. After going back thru some rude woman, I'm assuming a manager, demanded my bag of food to go through it. Wait, what?! She took it and held up the Monster burger and said "Here's your burger!"
