“Almost cried when I took a bite because it instantly reminded me of Korea🥲 Honestly, the cheese katsu is better than the one’s I’ve had there. Having 3 different side dishes per well and the effort of making every single item in the bento box so delicious reflects how much care and detail was put into making this. I normally never leave reviews, but this was so amazing. I will be back over and over again until the day I leave STL. Also, we got a little side dish on the house which was super tasty🥹”

“Food was amazing, and staff were very knowledgeable about selections and cuts available (shoutout to Jim). The Chongqing spicy broth added a great but not overbearing heat, while the sweeter Sukiyaki style broth paired perfectly with the beef we received. The course came with a plentiful amount of vegetables and other sides, with complementary additional spices and flavorings. Perfect place to grab a warm meal in the winter, at a great spot.”

“Great atmosphere! I love all the colors and the inspiring vibe. There are lots of seating options to choose from—whether you prefer a soft, cozy seat or a taller, bar-height spot. There’s even a workspace that’s super soothing.

I had my usual vanilla latte, and it was delicious—no complaints! It came in a glass instead of a mug, but that’s not a big deal. The music was awesome too. I didn’t even bother putting on my own playlist because it felt like they were already playing my favorite songs.

Perfect spot for working with others or just getting things done solo.”

“These pastries and cakes were so delicious! Many different variety’s and love that they include the ingredients labels next to each one. I like the concept of lunch trays and going at your own pace. Having a food allergy, it makes it very convenient to choose something, while not being under pressure at the register. It also has a nice aesthetic design inside.”

“first time coming to this place and wow. the food here was amazing even the fried rice which has peas and carrots in it. now for those who are local to St Louis know that peas and carrots don't typically go in Chop Suey fried rice but this place is the exception. besides the fried rice being phenomenal the roasted duck is delicious. but the star of the show was the pickled vegetables that came with the roasted duck. I am a person that absolutely hates cucumbers, but the way they pick up these cucumbers with the carrots was divine. I could have ate these things like grapes they were that delicious and I absolutely loath cucumbers. so all in all I give this place a solid 9.7 out of 10 rating scale.”
