This is the second time that this has happened. They never brought our food out for 30 minutes, and when we finally caught a worker and asked they brought it out right at 10:30 ice cold and said it had been sitting for 20+ minutes in the staging area because of an issue with their app. Asked them to remake it and they refused to do that because they had already turned over for lunch. Phone has been taken off the hook so I can’t even speak to a manager. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE....read full review
I haven't eaten at McDonald's in sometime ,, just did today & will not be back ! The food was just horrible fries were cold , dry , stale like they had been sitting for a day. Big Mac ...same big crap cold cheese wasn't even melted .fish sandwiches ,,,, same cold dry The food was terrible ! i did not want to complain......poor working stiffs deal with enough crap just working there, So will never eat at McDonalds again !!
