“Restaurant is very clean, and festive. All decked out for Christmas. Not just your everyday tinsel, but real decorations I'd put in my home. Staff was, as always, clean professional and courteous. Food was the best fast food I've had ever! My wife and we're just talking the other day about how the food NEVER looks like the picture. Well let me tell you, my food looked like it just jumped off the ad page. Cooked perfectly. Best fat food experience ever!I was there today, Dec. 6, 2023 around 130pm.“

“The food was good. The speed of service was decent. He told me a higher price at the drive-thru window than I was told at the speaker. I didn't get the $1 Baconator deal in the app even though I had him scan it. I asked why my discount didn't show on my receipt. He said that it won't show on the receipt. That doesn't sound right.“

“I don't know what position the gentleman was that took my order but the waiter or server said it was the GM Bob and it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had ordering from Sonic and I'm 32 or any fast food restaurant. The food was fresh and delivered quicker than I expected.“

“Jacob at the S Madison location has an amazing attitude, exceptional manners and took our order with the most care and attentiveness that I’ve seen from that location. I hope this finds it’s way to his supervisors, as he is an amazing CSR and deserves something for his dedication to service all while maintaining a positive attitude. The only problem I experienced was that someone yelled from the back of the store that i should leave a good review for Erica, I have no intention of doing so as I believe good reviews are earned, not gifted.“

“Star was super friendly and efficient at running the front by herself. very upbeat. Even heard her praising her crew for "killing it" •••words of encouragement aren't a common thing to hear out in the restaurant biz. Dining area is super clean and her lunch line moved quickly. Also loved hearing the "have a good day" as people walked out the doors.“

“The manager at this establisment, Kyle or Carl?, was one of the kindest workers I have ever had the pleasure of ordering food from. His effortless customer service ensured that I will be returning to this Papa Johns for all my pizza needs. Watching him manage his team was inspiring. He did upsell us on the breadsticks, which were driping, swiming, and positively drowning in delicious garlic butter. Gracefully gliding around the kitchen I saw him fulfill many orders at once, practically running the place himself.The pizza was bar none some of the finest I have ever had from a Papa Johns. “The people here are always friendly and the sandwiches perfect but don't order delivery because you pay way more for half the food....this is not double meat....and I ordered chocolate milk and got white and I ordered later to avoid them having to make the food in the middle of a rush, but 2 hours before closing...Why does a customer get exactly what they want but not get the same quality when the food is delivered? What happened to taking pride in your work?“
