“I normally would give 5 stars but for some reason I did not receive their natural lemonade June 21 I ordered over door dash and sometimes just go for the lemonade but this time it was definitely not their natural lemonade one it tasted like dishwater and had no pulp so probably fountain lemonade which is gross. other than that their food is so good and normally everything is fine.“

“Wow! I got a large sandwich and it was called "The Beast". It didn't sound like it would activate beast mode, so I asked for extra hot. They put on Sriracha sauce and jalapenos. They also added vinegar and I asked if there was anything else they could kick it up with. They offered black pepper and I thought it would be great, to compliment the pepperjack cheese. “I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“
