There was an error in my order and after calling on the phone and speaking to Skyler, things were immediately set in motion to rectify the situation. I arrived to the window and Cade made sure that everything was right, and did it all with a friendly demeanor and the utmost professional conduct. Thank you both for turning an unfortunate mistake into a pleasant interaction.“

“This is my favorite restaurant in Springfield. Service is always great & friendly. The food… Oh my goodness!!! I always order their Chili-Riano al-la-Carte it is so fantastic! “This place is my favorite. Every time I'm in springfield, I stop by. The service is great, and they remember me . Sometimes, they give me free drinks to try out. And extra stuff to take home. Like beans. Rice. It's the closest food to my mom's food I ever had. Sometimes, I tip more than the food cost . But they doo have some nice plates of food they have to offer for any type of occasion“

“We came to Springfield from Sapulpa, Oklahoma and came across this place. omg. I'm originally from San Diego, and let me just say, it's just like being back in San Diego. The fish tacos were spot on. My wife had cheese enchiladas and said they, with the red sauce, ate the best she's ever had. Kudos to everyone there for doing Cali-Mex perfectly.“

They had the food ready for a little bit before time to serve however everything was kept warm and fresh as if it hadn’t been waiting a while! The staff was so friendly and helpful. “I am Hispanic a transplant to Springfield~ this place is legit and spot on. I ordered the Chile Renellos the Beans were nice,smooth and tasty. The rice was fluffy. Highly recommend this place? Plus they carry my favorite tortillas.Milagro being from Chicago. This is the brand we always use. What a treat to find in their little market area. Retired executive chef 40+ years. Thanks again. “The food is good BUT they are not punctual with their opening hours…most mornings they don’t open the drive through till 8:10 or so…when their hours say 24 hours a day on the sign and 8:00 online. If they don’t open till 8:15 they need to say that so I don’t waste my time.“

“I love the National location with the juke boxes at the table and have very fond memories of studying for college here while eating yummy food. The other locations are ok as far as atmosphere but the consistancy of food quality is great. Used to live on North side and you can feel the age which I like. Love the bean tostadas but the cheese dip is great.

Vegetarian options: If you like vegetarian Mexican American food but don't want to spend a fortune, this is your place. The beans are lard free, chips are suppossed to be fried in veg oil with no meat items and the guacamole is sooo much better than it used to be. You can have fried or soft tacos (with/out cheese), guacamole tacos or burritos but I always get the tostada with guacamole on the side.“

“This place has been there for ever since I can remember and I'm 60 years old so I've ate there quite a few times in my life it is better than ever enchilada burritos are Supreme their Sanchez or excellent just great deal also for the money love the place“

“We love this food! We always get the Sancho enchilada style.
We were with a group of friends so there were 10 of us. We were able to be seated almost immediately.
The waiter was amazing and provided great service! He kept on top of our drink refills, and we didn't have to wait long for service or food once orders were placed.
The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was good.“
