As someone with food restrictions due to nursing a sensitive little one, I often avoid going out to small town restaurants as they aren't always easy to find safe food at. But, Chiqui blew me away with her effort to make me safe and delicious food today! My Birria Plate with tortillas hand fried in olive oil was dairy, egg, and soy free and one of the most absolutely delicious things I've had out to eat in a long while. The tamales were moist and flavorful. Even the kids steak tacos were made with love and a happy serving of meat. I wish we'd known about this little gem sooner ❤️“
