“Such a nice modern gas station but such rude employees is a shame. For the price they charge for their food I don't expect a smile but I definitely don't expect a horrible attitude. Impressive new station though and food is consistently tasty and expensive“

“Food was okay and fries were greasy. Workers were very disrespectful to others and Infront of kids. one worker I told another to tone it down and she said I don't care they can have a show if they like.“

Guy felt he was entitled to the employee hand washing sink behind the counter, when told no ,threw himself a lil hissy fit and wanted his money back. Cannot make this up, people need to be better.“

“Shout out to Jacks in Batesville MS. We frequent this Jacks often. From LeeAnn, Iesha, Chris, and Annie-Jane; they work as a well oiled machine. Food has been consistently good, tables spotless, and employees are very friendly to the customers. Way to go!“

“Just passing through from vacationing in the South and stopped here. The staff was SO friendly! The lady at the counter was super chatty and put a smile on our faces. Our order was all correct, plenty of sauces and a TON of napkins for the road. ❤️ These ladies deserve some recognition!“

“This is the first visit to a Captain Ds in DECADES. We did drive thru b/c of convenience so I can't comment on atmosphere. I honestly think there was only 2 employees working so it some time for us to get our food but when we did get it, it was hot and very good. The bast fast food I've had in a LONG time. Kudos to Bobby and his coworkers. They were professional, polite and efficient . They deserve raises for their work.“

The food is always good and i have had very few bad experiences since they opened. I love the atmosphere as most of the time they are playing Christian music, which I love and makes me want to support this location even more.“
