“My family and I love eating here! To much! lol But last week I ordered through the chick fil a app for delivery and used my points for a free frosted coffee and never received my order I payed $45 and then received a call from a DoorDash driver telling me order was stolen from another driver and my order was then cancelled and I called the number the Chick-fil-A app had and the lady I spoke with told me I would receive my refund within three days! This was on Jan. 28th and I still have yet to receive my refund?! :( very disappointing! $45 was a lot to spend that day I was sick for two weeks and my daughter was sick as well and she just wanted some chick fil a so I decided to spend that money and was out my last bit of extra money and nor did she get her lunch that day she wanted.. 🤦‍♀️ I would be mindful Using there app for delivery! :(“

“First time going I was greeted by a man who said good morning he was very friendly . I got three chicken fingers which are really huge chicken strips and three Wings they are big I love the fries too I really like their food the sauce is good I got honey garlic and is very good. If some of y'all think this place is expensive try going up on Stateline and ordering three little chicken wings for $7.99 that's how I ended up at the Chicken Shack and I'm glad I did“

“This location is hit or miss. Never had a bad experience just a few disappointing ones. Fries can sometimes be nice and crisp and well seasoned, sometimes soft and unsalted. Wings are always cooked to doneness however they are inconsistent. It has gotten a ton better at this location in comparison to the past couple years.“
