“Food was okay and fries were greasy. Workers were very disrespectful to others and Infront of kids. one worker I told another to tone it down and she said I don't care they can have a show if they like.“

“Not a horrible experience. Service was fast and friendly. Food tasted great, the only problem was the chicken tenders I got were SUPER small. They shouldn’t have been counted as four, maybe two tenders at best. Either way, the food tasted great and was hot!“

“Food was hot, fresh, and order was accurate. Restaurant was clean. I wanted to give props to the staff and management for handling a rude, entitled guest with integrity. Guy felt he was entitled to the employee hand washing sink behind the counter, when told no ,threw himself a lil hissy fit and wanted his money back. Cannot make this up, people need to be better.“

“Subway is consistently uniform in the quality and freshness of the food they prepare! I'm rating this location a 3 for atmosphere as the owners were sitting at the public tables on speaker phone. Not appropriate or professional. And definitely not conducive to a casual eating environment.“

“I have been living back in this part of Mississippi for 3 years now and this batesville location is by far the best. Specifically speaking about fries. Always hot out the grease every time. I have only had one bad experience with the fries being too cold but other than that they have been amazing and yall did me in on my spicy chicken sandwich today so thank ya thank ya. Now I will say customer service could be a little better, not so bad that yall deserve anything less than a 5 star. Yall just need ya spirit lifted a little is all but I get it. We ain’t all out here trying to be like chick-fil-A. Can people really be that happy all the time? Like It’s ok to get mad sometimes. But anyways if yall want some good hot fries please stop here and if just so happen they might be a little cool don’t start fussing because they are amazing.
