“STORYTIME: My brother was taking my nephew to his mom. So obviously, he stopped at Popeyes. He called and said this chicken tastes just like Amite and New Orleans' chicken. (I DIDN'T BELIEVE HIM SO HE BOUGHT ME A SPECIAL) and I was impressed. I am so impressed that I go back the next day to get the same results, and it's a failure. I asked the girl who was the cook the night before, and she said Marquis, so now when I go through the drive thru. I always ask if Marquis is there before I order. I have never seen him, but when he cooks the food, it is busting, busting. You can tell when he's not there.“

“This is where I swallow my pride and admit to one of my “Karen” moments. I went to the drive-through and ordered a meal that had one side and I added a side. As I drove away, I’m looking for the box and I don’t see both sides. Of course I’m driving down the street and I’m hangry by this point so I flip back around to go back and get my durn Cole slaw. Marched into the restaurant in a way where everybody knew I was irritated. I mean, not combative, but irritated and immediately walked up, and I made my complaint. I had two complaints by the time I got back. I didn’t have my coleslaw and that my biggest piece of chicken looked pitiful and was missing a lot of crust. Who I assume was the manager calmly came from the back, pointed out to me that my coleslaw was indeed in the box And then gave me another piece of chicken to replace the pitiful looking one. I was so ashamed I apologized profusely and tried to refuse the extra piece of chicken since I had been so wrong. I wouldn’t have come back to complain about the piece of chicken alone. She insisted I take it anyway and did not pile any guilt one me. She was a complete professional about my coming in and acting like a jerk. The food wasn’t great, but the service was very professional.“

“There was a mishap with my order, but I want to highlight an employee named Dylan who truly stood out. He was working hard—ringing up customers, bagging orders, checking on guest, and even jumped in at the to-go window to help correct the issue with my order. As a manager myself, this is the type of employee I would want to have. Solely based off this one interaction, these five stars aren’t for Huey Magoo’s—they’re for Dylan.“

“I had such a great experience at Zaxby’s! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and everything came out quickly even though it was busy.

What really stood out to me was the manager. They were professional, friendly, and made sure customers felt welcomed and taken care of. You can tell they care about the team and about giving great customer service. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had a positive atmosphere.

“By far the best meal I have ever had. Their chicken tenders were flavored excellently, for my sides I had macaroni and cheese (it was so cheesy that there were strings of cheese from the plate to my fork), coleslaw (sweet and yummy), fried okra (seasoned perfectly), and a biscuit with honey drizzled on it, there was also a pickled jalapeno to top it off. It was very reasonably priced and well worth the money. It was fried to perfection. Best fried chicken I've ever had in my life. The service was promptly delivered by a very professional and ethical staff that was very helpful and with that southern charm. I'd I could give them a 10, that's what they should get. “I travel a-lot and stop at Popeyes often in different cites and I am usually greeted with terrible customer service at popeyes but I continue to stop because the chicken is good. However today when I stopped in the Richland, MS location I was greeted with a smile, wonderful customer service, and fresh fast food! My next trip this way I will definitely be stopping!“

Parking: Need more space just a high volume of traffic areas and people take advantage of the tight space. Especially when customers wait on orders.
