Very slow service, I mean really. It was that slow, but the crew was okay. It's an aging building with equipment I've seen there since the 90s, but they are making g it work. They may want to concentrate on picking up the pace on expediting orders. Now everyone is patient.
This location in Clarksdale MS was very unorganized. I waited in the drive-thru line over 30 min. Finally get to the speaker to place my order. I ordered the fish sandwich meal with red beans and rice, along with a chicken sandwich meal and a extra chicken sandwich. Get to the window and I'm told the fish has a note on it that says do not cook. So they don't have fish. So I took a chicken sandwich meal with red beans and rice. Get to my hotel, and there's 3 chicken sandwiches...read full review

Drive thru took a really long time. They were out of the bacon and cheese for rhe chicken sandwich and had only 1 sandwich available so we had to wait 15 min more for the 2nd one. Wait time start to finish was 30
