“We had wonderful service tonight with a friendly staff! Charleses waited on us and was really great. We had gone to McAllisters around 8:45 and were told their dining room was closed and we could only get food to go. They were rude and slow getting our drinks. We wanted to dine-in so we went to Zaxby‘s. It was immediately clear their air conditioning was out, but despite the heat, Charleses went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She even gave us something to fan ourselves in the heat.“

“We ate here for the first time today and we were pretty impressed. Nice outdoor area for kids, including a ping pong table, jenga, cornhole, a football to toss around, pinball, and other little things to keep your kid occupied. The Kung Pao burnt ends appetizer was absolutely divine, and my husband said the brisket was some of the best he has ever had (even admitted better than his). I had the pork ribs, not exactly fall off the bone but easy enough to eat with a fork, the corn salad was delicious and I really enjoyed the different twist on the coleslaw. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back!“

“I first had a sandwich back in the 70s at the Jackson Mall and was immediately hooked on Chic Filet. I can’t begin to count how many times I’ve eaten there and it’s always been great. Sadly, I was served the traditional chicken sandwich and couldn’t eat it due to a foul taste I can’t describe. I didn’t complain because I had some colleagues with me that were enjoying their meal and I must mention that the staff were so polite and genuine. Parking: The restaurant had adequate parking when school was out. I went after the last day of school so there was parking. BUT THE road to the restaurant is hard to find if you're mpt.frpm the town. You literally drive thru the parking lot to the back of buildings with a hidden drop.“

FYI - All drinks including water are $2 ea (free refills)& sauces are extra- ranch, honey mustard, etc. but they are a decent size. We both got Combo #12- burger, wings & fries for $12.99 ea. Food was fresh & hot served in to go clamshell but we stayed and ate at the restaurant. There were TVs with sports playing. We would try it again.“
