“Honestly, much better than expected. It was a low looks dive next to the college but the only place open on a Monday. We got shrimp PoBoys with an extra for Grandma. The bread was the good kind and the shrimp were soft, not overcooked. Even Grandma liked it! They were busy but friendly. We will definitely be back.“

“They were open on Labor Day, bless their hearts, thank you! I ordered a combo - personal pan pizza with boneless wings and a drink for $9 and change... it was perfect, sooo good! The pizza was exactly what I was craving (mini deep dish, oh yea!) and the boneless wings (Buffalo) were spot on. The white meat chicken was crunchy but not hard, cooked just right and tasted fresh. The best part was the sauce was just enough, not over-flowing out of box, you could actually taste the chicken while enjoying the flavor of the sauce. I'm definitely adding this to my go-to list! The staff are so nice too, they always greet you with a smile and send you off with a friendly wave!“

“When I was 5-9 years old this was the only "fast food" in my little town. 30+ years later and I always stop by Wards when I see one and am never, ever, not once disappointed. I get a big one combo; the burger is one of a kind, the fries are superb, and the root beer is iconic and their own recipe. Do yourself a favor and try this place if you haven't had the pleasure!“
