My wife and I both ordered the seafood buffet and added the crab legs. The waitress was extremely rude. My wife asked for cocktail sauce and the waitress gave her a rude look. The crab legs were ice cold as well as the buffet. The manager on duty comped our meal. Very nice management but horrible wait staff.
We were never seated. FINALLY went to bar and asked if there was a wait. Apparently not as long as the customer asked. Sat down and lady brought our drinks and said someone will be with you. No one came as we watched waitresses walk around. 20 minutes and we got up to leave and the lady that brought our water came over and we said we were leaving. Her response do you want me to to take your order.
Crazy!! Sad thing no one cared about our business.
