“I come here sometimes after my night shift, the guy working the night shifts is absolutely awesome. he’s been the only person on night shift for awhile and he’s a trooper about it. he always gets my food done in less than 10 mins and chats a little too. his customer service/work ethic is certainly to be admired 👍“

“If I could give each item a different rating, I would! We went for lunch after church on a Sunday. I’m from MS but now live in MI so I had to order the fried catfish, I miss it and it did not disappoint, it was delish! Fried to perfection, crispy outside and flaky inside, seasoned just right. So good! Fries were good and hush puppies were small but tasty. My problem is the Cole slaw. They need a new recipe. It was bland, watery and no taste. Try my 94-year old Mom’s recipe,…Her secret is grind cabbage in a food processor, grind onion, add mayo, salt & pepper and a bit of sugar if you like it more sweet. It’s good! The pork chops, fried shrimp and red snapper my other family got, was all good! Totally recommend Genna Benna’s!“

“Truly exceptional service—absolutely above and beyond! I came in and ordered a burger and fries, and being a bit of a picky eater, I had some specific requests. They were incredibly accommodating without hesitation. I asked if bacon could be added to my burger, even though I didn’t see it on the menu. Without missing a beat, the woman helping me said it wouldn’t be a problem at all. The food took a little time, but I wasn’t in a rush—and with burgers that big and fresh, I expected they’d take a bit longer to prepare. She brought out my fiancé’s meal first and kindly apologized for the delay, explaining that she was waiting on someone to return… with the bacon. That’s when I realized—they had literally sent a worker out to buy bacon just for my order. Talk about going the extra mile! This level of dedication and care is rare. Amazing food, even better service. I’ll absolutely be back!“

“While everybody else is raising prices and shrinking the size of their food, I can't say that about Applebee's. Their 2 for $25 deal is legit! The chicken parm fettuccine and the burger were good sized portions of food. We did not leave unsatisfied.“

“I waited 10 - 15 minutes on my food. At 1:15 both lines were busy so I walked up. I was informed by the cashier that they were making fresh sandwiches so it would be a few. Few minutes later I was asked if I wanted something to drink due to the wait and declined the offer. I get home and open my bag and there were 2 apple pies in it. I called up there and told the manager they did an awesome job and keep up the good work. My order was $4.50 , I know people always complain but a compliment can go a long way as well. Thanks rally’s for the great service.“

“Me and my little girl love this place. Always love the music that they play. Staff was very kind and gave us a few extras without us even asking. Food was nice and fresh. Tables coulda been slightly cleaner but it wasn’t just a mess or trashy. All in all great place to eat.“

“If you’ve ever had a kid with a food allergy (or had one yourself), you understand how hard it is to eat at a restaurant and find food that 1) is safe and 2) they will eat. Most places with gluten free food don’t understand the importance of cross contamination or they just have foods that are not extremely appealing sounding or toddler friendly. We try our very hardest to make sure our toddler feels normal even though he may not understand yet, but sometimes it’s hard at a restaurant when you have to ask questions, talk to managers and cooks and waitresses about the allergen preparation process, and call ahead or google menus to find safe foods or bring food with us. Today, we ate at Burgers Blues Barbecue - Brandon and were able to get gluten free French fries AND a gluten free hamburger WITH a bun!! The staff was so kind and knowledgeable, and the corporate chef happened to be there and heard us talking to the staff, and he even talked with me at length about the allergen process in restaurants, how he knows it can be tough as a parent of a child with allergies, and how it can be hard to find gluten free food at restaurants. It was such an amazing experience, and we cannot recommend them enough! He said all of their locations are that educated and knowledgeable about the gluten free process, and we were so excited for our boy to feel normal and be able to have food that looks just like everybody else’s. We cannot recommend it enough 💖“

“Only reason I'm giving this Whataburger 4 stars is because the ice machine was broken and listening to staff, it hadn't been working right for a while and no one had fixed it.

Other than that, during my visit the staff were very friendly, the food was hot and great and the restaurant was very clean. I did dine in during my visit, so I don't really have any info on how quick the drive in is.“

I jumped in the drive thru, and was asked to come to the walk up. I only had maybe a five min wait time for my food. The staff was nice and the building was clean. The food was delicious.“

“The food, service, and atmosphere are always great at any local I visit around Jackson!! Sonic has a variety of selections to choose from on their menu!! Great place to take the family on nights you don't feel like cooking!! And they have some of the best orange juice and tasty breakfast choices!! Last but not least, don't forget to TIP!! Sonic is in a class of its own!!!“
