“Truly exceptional service—absolutely above and beyond! I came in and ordered a burger and fries, and being a bit of a picky eater, I had some specific requests. They were incredibly accommodating without hesitation. I asked if bacon could be added to my burger, even though I didn’t see it on the menu. Without missing a beat, the woman helping me said it wouldn’t be a problem at all. The food took a little time, but I wasn’t in a rush—and with burgers that big and fresh, I expected they’d take a bit longer to prepare. She brought out my fiancé’s meal first and kindly apologized for the delay, explaining that she was waiting on someone to return… with the bacon. That’s when I realized—they had literally sent a worker out to buy bacon just for my order. Talk about going the extra mile! This level of dedication and care is rare. Amazing food, even better service. I’ll absolutely be back!“

“If I could give each item a different rating, I would! We went for lunch after church on a Sunday. I’m from MS but now live in MI so I had to order the fried catfish, I miss it and it did not disappoint, it was delish! Fried to perfection, crispy outside and flaky inside, seasoned just right. So good! Fries were good and hush puppies were small but tasty. My problem is the Cole slaw. They need a new recipe. It was bland, watery and no taste. Try my 94-year old Mom’s recipe,…Her secret is grind cabbage in a food processor, grind onion, add mayo, salt & pepper and a bit of sugar if you like it more sweet. It’s good! The pork chops, fried shrimp and red snapper my other family got, was all good! Totally recommend Genna Benna’s!“

“While everybody else is raising prices and shrinking the size of their food, I can't say that about Applebee's. Their 2 for $25 deal is legit! The chicken parm fettuccine and the burger were good sized portions of food. We did not leave unsatisfied.“

“I have not been to this franchise in years and decided to give it a try. Good food but there wasn't anyway to walk up to a register and order. Kiosks only and they would not allow you to customize much. Also the only kiosk that took cash was down so it was card or nothing. Staff was friendly but they were not good on follow up with the customer. Overall if you don't mind the food the way it comes and are willing to pay by card then I recommend it.“

“I waited 10 - 15 minutes on my food. At 1:15 both lines were busy so I walked up. I was informed by the cashier that they were making fresh sandwiches so it would be a few. Few minutes later I was asked if I wanted something to drink due to the wait and declined the offer. I get home and open my bag and there were 2 apple pies in it. I called up there and told the manager they did an awesome job and keep up the good work. My order was $4.50 , I know people always complain but a compliment can go a long way as well. Thanks rally’s for the great service.“

“Only reason I'm giving this Whataburger 4 stars is because the ice machine was broken and listening to staff, it hadn't been working right for a while and no one had fixed it.
Other than that, during my visit the staff were very friendly, the food was hot and great and the restaurant was very clean. I did dine in during my visit, so I don't really have any info on how quick the drive in is.“

“I truly enjoyed my service at Ruby today!! I love this place and the atmosphere is very inviting. Also I would like to give a big thanks to the manager James. He is always on it with great customer service and is a great cook as well. Thank you Ruby for the delicious meal and Thank you James for your phenomenal attitude and service. It felt like home!! 😊“

“I ordered ahead online for a 20 piece buffalo wings with bleu cheese dipping sauce.
I jumped in the drive thru, and was asked to come to the walk up. I only had maybe a five min wait time for my food. The staff was nice and the building was clean. The food was delicious.“

“The food, service, and atmosphere are always great at any local I visit around Jackson!! Sonic has a variety of selections to choose from on their menu!! Great place to take the family on nights you don't feel like cooking!! And they have some of the best orange juice and tasty breakfast choices!! Last but not least, don't forget to TIP!! Sonic is in a class of its own!!!“

“Imagine going to Jack’s for the first time and they already mess up your order.
I paid extra for add-ons and specific customizations, only to open my food and see that it was made incorrectly. I was charged for items that were either missing or done the exact opposite of what I requested. If I’m paying for bacon, cheese, and modifications, I expect them to actually be on the burger — not ignored.
This wasn’t a complicated order, and I even ordered online to avoid mistakes. Instead, I wasted money and ended up disappointed before even taking my first bite. For a first impression, this was terrible.
If you’re going to charge customers for add-ons, make sure the order is right. I shouldn’t have to double-check my food every time, especially when I’m paying extra.“

“Three 2nd time in as many days the men's room don't have soap. I told the employees yesterday and they did bring out the hand sanitizer for us. No excuse for no soap the second day Ina roll.“
