“There was a mishap with my order, but I want to highlight an employee named Dylan who truly stood out. He was working hard—ringing up customers, bagging orders, checking on guest, and even jumped in at the to-go window to help correct the issue with my order. As a manager myself, this is the type of employee I would want to have. Solely based off this one interaction, these five stars aren’t for Huey Magoo’s—they’re for Dylan.“

“This was the best smoked chicken and baked beans I’ve ever had that chicken will make you slap your mother and your Grandma. The Olive Branch Chicken Coop has delicious food that is consistently good. Usually I bring the wings home, but one time I ate there and I started to notice how badly the restaurant was kept up. It is uncomfortably hot and you will smell like fried food when you leave due to poor ventilation (this is normal for small restaurants that fry their food - not picking on this place). I was the only one who sat there and ate. I think the 2 guys working there were embarrassed b/c they started cleaning around me.“

“Now, I’m not the one to leave bad comments, but now, on Oct 14, 2023, I visited the Brandon store and got in the mobile line and didn’t know there were 2 separate lines only to get to the attendant and was told that I had to circle back around and get in the drive thru line because, I can’t take drive thru orders in this line. Well, I circled the building and made sure I got in the drive thru line with a customer in front of me having mobile app issues that should have been in the mobile line. The same attendant that told me to circle the building came from the mobile line and took the order of the customer. Once that attendant was done with that customer I questioned the fact why my order couldn’t be taken from the mobile line when I was in it like you came over to the drive thru line with that customer that was having mobile issues? It was unacceptable. That’s all I have folks.“

Olivia's Old South on a croissant with an extra scoop & my extra side was grape salad. The whole meal is to die for (not literally, but you know what I mean. ). I even suggested the Olivia's Old South to another soon to be customer of Chicken Salad Chick. She tried another kind but liked Olivia's Old South better. It was just sweet enough for her.“

“I first had a sandwich back in the 70s at the Jackson Mall and was immediately hooked on Chic Filet. I can’t begin to count how many times I’ve eaten there and it’s always been great. Sadly, I was served the traditional chicken sandwich and couldn’t eat it due to a foul taste I can’t describe. I didn’t complain because I had some colleagues with me that were enjoying their meal and I must mention that the staff were so polite and genuine. I’m planning on giving it another try in the future. Sincerely“

“By far the best meal I have ever had. Their chicken tenders were flavored excellently, for my sides I had macaroni and cheese (it was so cheesy that there were strings of cheese from the plate to my fork), coleslaw (sweet and yummy), fried okra (seasoned perfectly), and a biscuit with honey drizzled on it, there was also a pickled jalapeno to top it off. It was very reasonably priced and well worth the money. It was fried to perfection. Best fried chicken I've ever had in my life. The service was promptly delivered by a very professional and ethical staff that was very helpful and with that southern charm. I'd I could give them a 10, that's what they should get. “Wow!!!! Great customer service from the man working drive thru!!! At approx 315 March 14th. My order was exactly as I ordered and I was given utensils, ketchup, salt and pepper without having to ask!!!! Finally I found a fast food place in Jackson that has their business in order and actually cares about their customers and the food they put out!!! Good job guys!!!“
