Its grungy in that they don't clean it well and staff are rude. Its been closed more often than open when I've wanted a Jimmy John sandwich.
We Wanted to go this past weekend but of course it’s not open. Today, they were out of chicken but the cashier couldn’t speak, so someone shouted from the back to let me know. The cashier never said one word, I was the only one there. They didn’t bag my order and had zero costumer service.
Hours posted online and in the app say they close at 7 but my order at 4:45pm on a Friday was cancelled. And once I got there they say they are closed. This is NOT the first time, seems like they are always closed.

The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the employees move with speed and a sense of urgency to ensure a quick and tasty lunch. While some customers have experienced frustration with the store's occasional early closures, many still recommend this place for a satisfying sandwich.
