I did an online order. I arrived at the time it was indicated the order would be ready only to find that they hadn't started it. The front service person had to give the cook the order and tell them "he's here for this order." After waiting over 20 minutes the order came out. They forgot half of the order and then rudely told the cook "he wants another spud." Yes... I want what I ordered and paid for.
