Sorry sonic, sorry service, sorry employees. Went in for a simple drink. didn't get a greeting fine whatever. The lobby was unkempt. The person didn't even make my drink correctly no cherries no Cherry syrup, it doesn't taste like what I ordered. Try a different location.
The perfect place to get a snack and cold drink
Jumped in the drive thru for a custom drink and Kenyatta came on the speaker, introduced herself, was very polite and did an outstanding job! Want to recognize the excellence in customer service.
