I visited the Chili's in my neighborhood. I was amused that they didn't have a wine bottle opener so they open my wine with a screw and plyers. I'm at at booth at the bar and a family is sat in the booth next to me. I was asked to watch my language. I don't even remember what I had said but the people in the booth next to me threatened me with bodily harm, refused to pay their bill, called me inbred and fat. Ask for Jared!! Although my husband and I have only had him as our waiter once, he made such a positive impact on Chili’s! He’s very kind, tentative, and caring! My husband and I came in earlier today to grab a quick bite and even though we weren’t in his section he remembered us and came to check if we needed anything😊
We were seated at a minute after 1. No one came to our table for nearly 15 minutes to ask for a drink order. Once the three teas were delivered we order two of the half sandwich and soup plus our third person ordered the 6 Oz sirloin with broccoli and fries. No special orders. One bowl of soup came out almost 20 minutes later followed a good bit later by the steak and one of the half sandwiches and the other soup. By this point we were no longer eating together.
