when I received my order thru door dash I was missing items and when I contacted Krystals and ask to speak with manager about it the woman ask me what it was about I told her she gone tell me that's not their problem I had to contact door dash about it even worse I paid OVER $50 FOR THIS ORDER!!! WILL NEVER use this Krystal's again!!!! the pic is a screenshot of the convo with the doordasher she even tried to tell them the order was wrong and they REFUSED to fix it!!!!

The food was wonderful just like I remembered. There has been obvious changes for the good at this location. Last year I visited a few times and had terrible service and terrible food.
