It was really busy when we went but got served quickly once we got seated. A funny thing happened, when I got my food my bowl split in 2 because of the hot food going into the cold bowl. I showed it to our waitress and she apologized and they remade my food and also took my portion of the bill off because of it. Overall I enjoyed my experience and the food was great, seeing the cook react to the bowl splitting was very entertaining

I am a big fan of Waffle House and was happy when they opened a store in the Bellegrass area. So far it has been a disappointment. The service is slow and the place is filthy. There is food crumbs all over the bar and it looks as if someone puked under the bar. On this particular trip, there were 8 employees and six customers.
