Customer service has seemed so non existent lately, but Jamaya is an absolute exception!

“Online ordering doesn't match credit card charges. Can't be fixed at the Sonic location, called the number and they tried to offer coupons that didn't equal the amount of over charge. Still haven't heard from management or the people that can actually resolve the issue“

“My krabby patty meal was perfect. I usually don’t expect much from fast food but when I get surprised I try to show them some love. The service was great. The frosty was thick AF and delicious. I got our food super fast. Al took our order and provided service beyond our expectations. Thank you!“

“Came to this exact Subway about a month ago. And before we got to the door 3 Subway employees stopped us saying there was no food to fix so there was no reason for us to enter the store. We had placed an online order for pickup and planned to buy other sandwiches but the lady cancelled our online order after telling us no need to come in. There's no food she kept saying. So yesterday we decided to try again. And there was one employee and many customers (I think 9 was there when we left) She did a great job taking care of each customer. All the meats and veggies looked fresh. And there was plenty of bread and cookies. I don't know what her name was but this lady knew how to run this business. The young girls that stopped us outside saying there ain't no food so no need to enter needs to find another job and not with the public.“

“New-concept Taco Bell that has just opened in a separate building next to the KFC. Restaurant and bathrooms were extremely clean, the employees were friendly, and the food was quickly served and tasted great. You can use the self-order kiosk or order in-person at the register, but there were some menu options that could only be found on the kiosk and some that were only on the in-store menu. Since it's a brand new restaurant, they may still be working out the kinks.“

“Where busy busy, and employees where not organized. Had to correct them on my sides. People had been waiting on food for a while. Their Order was no longer on screen. Chicken was good but sides had very little in bowl compared to other popeyes. Place seemed to be clean“

“Lakendra did an amazing job on our visit today. The line was out the door the entire time we were here but she kept people flying through at the register and getting them food.Looks like they were short staffed but the food and service was still amazing.“
