“The chicken here was spectacular!! I was a drive thru and placed an order for the 8 piece bucket for $10 and a number 1 combo. The food was extremely fresh and the service was awesome. I literally called the store and complimented them on the great interaction and food. Very satisfied customer!!“

I said I can’t just tell you what I want? She said mobile or dash only. I wasted all that time waiting , no apology or explanation. So I just left.“

“Best damn food in whitehaven!! & those southwest eggs rolls!!! Baaabyyy not even gone hold ya!!! I can kiss a two-piece goodbye this summer!! Y’all need to gone add Philly cheesesteak egg rolls to the menu! Wings fye, burgers fye! Cheesesteaks FYE, fries , okra!! Everything I just love this damn place!! “Fast and friendly service on 7/11/25. Ordered meals for my girls that wanted Zaxby's since we were in the area. Placed the order with no problems and received the order quickly. Upon leaving Renicka C came to the window and greeted me with the biggest smile.
Such a breath of fresh air to see and receive such upstanding service. That goes a long way in customer service because other restaurants I have experienced bad customer service 9 times out of 10. It all depends on the employee because everyone is not the same.
My girls enjoyed their food as always. Fresh, hot, and the order was correct. Thanks for such a warm and welcoming experience on yesterday Renicka, your a rockstar!“
