“Okay can we just talk about the vibe. Perfect place to study especially if your in high school. They play calming music on the tv. They have cute little games like chess and pole in the back. The seats are comfortable and they have boba squishmallows . Everything is perfect there. They have cute little breakfast treats. I got the vanilla Boba tea and it was so good. The deal for the boba is absolutely adorable. They also gave me a free boba necklace“

“I love Tropical Smoothie when it comes to my smoothies, fruit bowls and food items….but the ONLY time I received exceptional customer service skills was LAST YEAR when a young man of color took my order, he SPOKE when I came to the window and acknowledged me, which is the FIRST time someone has ever greeted me when I pull up (I’ve been there several times prior) and their customer service is HORRIBLE… the last time I went to TS… was my FINAL time…I felt as if I was treated unfairly…The OWNERS who are also the servers of the specific TS I GO TO are RUDE….my order has been wrong TWICE an it was an in app order where it can be modified SPECIFICALLY how you want it. Now the first time, they corrected it and told me to just come back the next day, the 2nd time however was not, and maybe it was because it was a face to face interaction…the associate tried to argue with me about my order and tell me what’s included and what’s not, then proceeds to tell me I have to pay extra for some I’ve ALREADY paid for, then they take the order back to “examine” 2 people surrounded the person who had my fruit bowl while she takes a fork to stir it around to see if they missed anything, now sees that my mangoes were in fact MISSING, they added the fruit and proceeds to give it back to the man at the window and the man just says it was inside at the bottom, which it wasn’t….i didn’t clown or act a fool, I told them I hope they didn’t think I would eat something they played in while I was looking, drove off and threw the order away….this could have been avoided if you would have just given me the fruit in a cup like I asked before….but it’s ok now I’ll tell the WHOLE truth…I was able to deal with the rudeness just by downloading the app and not having to speak to anyone…but now, until I speak with CORPORATE & ACTION is taken…I will continue to speak…them trying to give me an $8 coupon to shut me up won’t work especially when the bowl was $13….so I’ll be calling until I get the answer I deserve….“

“was trying to pull off a surprise birthday party for my wife and 50 people coming. I had never used a caterer and a friend said Panini was really good. i reached out to Steve and he said don’t worry this will turn out great. thanks to Panini it did. Steve was great to work with and always answered the phone or called right back. Food was outstanding. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend“

“This is my go to. The Southern Belle Sink is my go-to. I always add a protein shake to keep me going all day long. The people here are the nicest in any nutrition shop I’ve ever been in. Also try the Donut hole shots! So tasty and a quick way to help when my appetite is getting the best of me. They are perfectly sweet.“
