Scooter's Coffee is a fantastic and quick coffee shop with excellent customer service. The employees are the very best, sweet, patient, and kind. They genuinely interact and engage with customers, speaking to people in a friendly way. This excellent service is refreshing and keeps customers coming back, often leaving smiling even when they arrive in a terrible mood. The drinks, including coffee and infusion drinks, are delicious, consistent, and so good. They have a perfect coffee to sweetness ratio, feeling less sweet than Starbucks, and offer a decent amount of options with great customization. The breakfast is also delicious. Many customers have left Starbucks entirely for Scooter's, citing better prices and better drinks. The business is impressive in its care for the customer's experience, with owners and staff genuinely committed to making things right if there is ever an issue, promptly offering refunds, apologies, and free drink coupons. It is a place where people enjoy their jobs and you cannot leave in a bad mood.
