“This is my go to. The Southern Belle Sink is my go-to. I always add a protein shake to keep me going all day long. The people here are the nicest in any nutrition shop I’ve ever been in. Also try the Donut hole shots! So tasty and a quick way to help when my appetite is getting the best of me. They are perfectly sweet.“

“Kel is an absolute jewel. This employee exemplifies the meaning of customer service. Kel was so patient as I asked 1,500 questions about menu items that I see at least 2xs a week at the HL Starbucks. Kel even made jokes at the window & made me laugh, and I was having the LONGEST day prior to this visit. I left with a smile, an item from the menu that I have never tried before, and the chamomile mint blossom tea that I left my cozy house for. Kel, thank you for being a light in such a dark world.“

“Trust me when I say if you’re a Frappuccino lover you’ll never go back to Sbux after coming here. I get the Turtle Blender which I recommend if you’re a mocha frappe fan. The consistency is 99% spot on. There’s only been one time (and I’ve come here once or twice a day for the last month) where it wasn’t 100% blended but versus Sbux? 4/5 times my drink was a disaster. I’ve deleted the app off of my phone and Scooter’s is now the only place I’ll go to for coffee.
I’ll also say that despite the cinnamon roll being a bit expensive it is definitely worth it!“

“I go to this Starbucks all the time before work. The staff here are great, super friendly and happy to be there. I really wish they would give napkins and sleeves for hot drinks without me having to ask every time, though. If someone orders a food item just go ahead and give a napkin or 2. Cause I almost always forget to ask. Not sure if they don't do this because of something from corporate or if they just get in a rush.“

“I drove threw yesterday morning in need of a pick me up because our toddler kept us up all night. I ordered on the app a venti drink with lots of espresso. When the gentleman at the window handed my drink to me he said they were out of venti cups so he gave me a trenta. This was so nice! He could’ve sized down instead he sized up and truly made my day start off so much better!! It’s the little things.“

“This is by far the best Starbucks in my experience. We're always so quick to complain and write reviews when we have a bad experience so I wanted to make sure that I did recognize Bria and Christian the two that were on staff during my visit they were amazing and met all my needs and was exceptionally friendly it is very rare to find that nowadays thank you keep up the good work!!! “I had such a great experience at this Scooters location! From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit enjoyable.
One thing I really appreciated was how they took the time to offer suggestions and let me know about current promotions. It showed they cared about giving customers the best experience, not just taking orders.
And I absolutely loved that they used their signature phrase, “scoot on around” that was truly the cherry on top! It added a fun, personal touch that made my visit stand out.
Overall, this location went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!“
