Miss Cassie or Miss Carrie, I might mix up her name but I won’t forget that bubble attitude every time I pull up to that window. “I drove threw yesterday morning in need of a pick me up because our toddler kept us up all night. I ordered on the app a venti drink with lots of espresso. When the gentleman at the window handed my drink to me he said they were out of venti cups so he gave me a trenta. This was so nice! He could’ve sized down instead he sized up and truly made my day start off so much better!! It’s the little things.“

To the audience its hard to find good customer service good atmosphere good food these but the ladies here at this location are absolutely phenomenal!!! Ive been going to this location since they have opened up and have never encountered a bad attitude. If theres a latte lacking flavor they fix it within the quickness. Ive been working in retail since I was 16, im 37 now and the customer service has gone down hill through the years but this location brings me nostalgia of how it use to be, good smiles good food good lattes. Zamiya makes my lattes n blends and she hits it on the nail every time!! ITS NEVER A MISS. All im saying is starbucks nor chic fil-a staff has nothing on the staff at 2555 goodman road SCOOTERS PERIODT!!!“
