“Regardless if I get coffee or hot tea I am satisfied with the choice. A lot of times I will ask them to just make something good and I've never not liked it. It's always something different and something I wouldn't even think to choose for myself but it's always delicious. The staff is always super sweet and polite. My child loves getting kid frappes from them because they make them pretty, fun, and delicious. The banana nut muffin warmed is my go to and the chocolate is my runner up. Both delicious. Definitely a recommendation if you want to try a friendly place with a good quality local coffee shop“
“We ordered from them last year, and came back again this year. Every time we are in town, we will make sure we order some delicious protein shakes from them. I coach volleyball and my team absolutely loved it. Great costumer service and made my order of 18 shakes super easy. I had the Wedding Cake shake and I loved it!!!!!“
“3/16/23 Gave them another chance, and they redeemed themselves. I ordered the bacon tomato avocado sandwich and black coffee through the drive thru. Food came out fairly quickly, staff was very pleasant, and the sandwich was good (and of course the coffee is always good).Update: I FINALLY got a refund from Dunkin' corporate, almost a week later. To be fair, the store is new and I am sure the staff needs more training. I am upping my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the one time I successfully visited, the food was good and the staff was friendly (although it appears the donuts are much smaller than they used to be). The local store should not be penalized for corporate's terrible customer service. However - the OWNER needs to be sure the staff is fully trained to handle any situation. Maybe if I return and have a GREAT experience, they will earn the other 2 stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW:This review is mostly about Dunkin' corporate customer no-service and only slightly about the local store. I ordered via the app last Friday, when I arrived I was told the store had been out of power and it would be an hour before my food was ready. I asked the young lady at the drive thru to cancel my order, and she told me she didn't know if she could. She said I would have to try "through the app." (This is not an option). I contacted Dunkin' customer service on their web site asking for a refund (which was almost impossible, because this location does not even show up on their web site). They asked for "the receipt" which I sent them (screenshots from the app). They still have not responded OR refunded my money. The local staff needs to be trained on how to cancel and order and give a refund WITHOUT me having to go through their corporate website. This is NOT a good way to start doing business in Senatobia! Unfortunately because of poor staff training AND poor corporate customer service, Dunkin' has lost my business. There are several other GREAT donut shops in Senatobia (one is in the same shopping plaza as this location).“
“Normally I LOVE this McDonalds. But the other night I ordered a Caramel Iced Coffee and it was disgusting. Tasted like coffee water. McDonalds has had this plain iced coffee for a long time, they should know how to make it by now.Kid-friendliness: Play place for kids“
“Love this coffee shop. Extremely nice and super helpful. The butter pecan dream I can't get enough of and I'm not a butter pecan person usually but the way they make it will have you addicted. I just tried their potato breakfast bowl and omgosh...... Amazing, so so good. My child asks me to stop all the time so they can get a kid coffee version of white chocolate mocha. Dine or carry out you won't be disappointed“
