“The food fine. Could have added more toppings, but the service was on point! From the associate who took my order to the associate who brought it out, the attitudes and positivity was lovely and greatly appreciated. You never know the impact you have on another person just by showing kindness. You all have wonderful spirits ❤️. I scored the atmosphere at a 3 because of the potholes coming in and going out. It's totally not their fault, but the owner may want to get with the city on fixing that if it's not within their property maintenance.“
“I have been working in the area for the last couple of months and every morning when I stop by they have my order out quick and are always very friendly.Full disclosure - I do use the app to order so that may factor into the speed at which I get my items. That being said I have always had a pleasant experience here.“
“I have to go to richland or pearl when I want sonic. The one in byram is horrible. The last 3 times I went and it was just horrible service- and never I mean never get the order right. I have gave them multiply chances everytime same old crap. This is the worst sonic in the country..“
“I dont know who is back there making the ice cream blast, but they are doing their thing!! My only complaint is that it was a bit too many cookie dough pieces to the point where I had more pieces than ice cream lol but its ok! It was well mixed and they did not hold back, so I really appreciate that!“
