TakeOut Review: My new favorite place for fried rice. "Plain" side order of fried rice is amazing and cooked hibachi style with added flavor! Soooo good. I ordered the Uptown and Crunchy Roll. I was scared of the uptown roll not even gonna lie. Added some wasabi, dipped in soy sauce, and ohhh my god. It's not as crunchy as I would have thought, probably due to spicy sauce. It is GREAT! It's not bad, but it isn't great, either. Hibachi was fair...shrimp was decent, veggies were overcooked, limp and greasy. Fried rice was so so. I feel like with some tweaks this place could be fantastic, but they aren't there yet.

Arrived in Laurel on a Sunday evening, with very few dining options. Sake was recommended by a local, so we went. Pretty shabby exterior, but interior was OK. The lone oriental gentleman was preparing hibachi on a relatively small flat grill. No sign of any Japanese or other Chinese proprietors. Food was OK; not bad, not great. And yet, in their defense, we saw many take out orders leaving.
