“My daughter, grandson and I came in tonight to try the Spongebob menu items and we were very impressed with the manager on duty. He was attentive, engaging, and helpful. He came around the store to pass out crowns to all the kids. He and his staff were incredibly kind.“

“I am hooked on Hardees. I have never been to one in my 60 plus year on earth but being in Lucedale I decided to give it a try for a few reasons. I prefer Angus beef and also flame broiled. I seem to have an adverse reaction to fried vegetable oil but have not had that from there eating a small french fry. Then, I thought I would try the breakfast platter and that has become my favorite. My only downside is that they close at 2pm and sometimes I can not make that time for a late lunch and might enjoy supper if they were not closed at 2.“

“Ordered on the app, pulled into an empty spot, checked in by entering my stall #, then sat and waited for over 30 minutes. Finally had to push the button and ask about my order. Really? And the food was not all that great. Tasted old. Very disappointed 😞 .“

“The store smells like a dead rat, it’s nasty, humid and just stinks. The bathrooms are equally disgusting, and this isn’t the first time, it’s BEEN ran down. My order was 2 large coffees, drive thru, they were lukewarm!… I went inside and waited 45 Mins after yelling for someone to come help me , for them to remake a fresh pot after replacing it with another lukewarm cup. The employees are rude as hell to each other, and to customers, and also very unprofessional. Idk what they have going on, but this McDonald’s is horrible!“
