“This is a great place to get hamburgers. I haven't tried the other items on the menu, but i am sure they are good. The service is good and the staff is courteous. There is seating inside and outside. However, there is not much seating inside. So, if its crowded, you may have a wait. The prices are kind of high. It was around $12 for a hamburger, onion rings, and a drink.“
“There is an obvious discrepancy between each franchised operation across the McDonald's landscape. Most experiences in this area are completely unpredictable. Most places have employees that don't care and are rude, most places are always out of something, get something wrong, or the food is questionable. HOWEVER, this particular location is awesome! The workers were friendly and helpful, the food came out fast and perfect! I was so impressed. I would hope in the future, that McDonald's corporation would send out people to experience these things and do something about it. Every McDonald's should be as reliable as the next. I should be able to order the same menu item in 6 locations and it be the same. That is the whole idea isn't it?! Other McDonald's would do well to take notes from this location.“
“We truly enjoyed every aspect of our visit at Ruby Tuesday in Saraland. Heather J. was very quick to take care of us. She was very attentive by checking on us for anything we may need. The food was great, especially the fried mushrooms. We will definitely return to visit Heather J at RT.“
““DELICIOUS BREAKFAST! First time trying this place. My husband and I came here for dinner last night and ended up having breakfast.I had the omelette and my husband had the breakfast platter. The cooked did an awesome job. Everything was delicious.! Good size portions and the pancakes were huge!! He even made us fresh gravy! This sweet lady Katie aka Grandma our server, was super attentive, on top of it and very funny. She made the experience perfect and brightened up our evening. She brought out the food all at the same time and brought us anything we asked for. Would definitely come back to this place!”“

“Went to a car show in Saraland and decided o stop in, haven't had a Blizzard in a long time, got the Oreo Blizzard, and it was awesome. Didn't get he young man's name that prepared it but he was an expert. Very good and scratched an itch I have had for awhile.“
“Good food. Understaffed but no complaints other than it takes a while for some aspects due to one server on 5 or 6 tables. The server was great but just stretched out. Maybe due to call puts from fat Tuesday, I'm not sure I was overall happy with everything. Nothing was burnt all the food was cooked properly. “If you're going to get food from a place with a drive through window, Hardees is better than most and WAY better than many of those. Their new "Mexican" (burritos, tacos,etc) options are bueno. 100x better than Taco Hell. This particular location is kinda "in the hood" but its always clean and the employees pleasant.“
“The food is so delicious I always forget to take pictures. The service is always great as well as friendly. We always do carryout but anytime I go inside and wait on order the atmosphere is friendly. I love the wings and their vegetable and shrimp fried rice is amazing. The next time I will take pictures. They are more expensive than other hamburger places but it is so worth it. You won't find a better quality burger and fries nowhere. And the fries..... You get two servings per each order. “Found this gem driving from Atlanta to New Orleans. Shrimp Bisque and the Gumbo was out of this world! Fried Oysters and shrimp were awesome as well. Talli May (the Shrimp Lady) and her staff were so nice and accommodating. She even gave us samples of everything we asked about. Will always stop here from now on!“
