Had to press the button 3 times in 30mins to even have someone take our order. Then the girl was rude while taking it. Seems like there was 2/5 people actually working while the others walked around and talked to
Every time I order signature sauce they either say they're out or just don't mention it at all and don't offer to substitute anything else. Lately it's started happening when I order ketchup or mayo packets. Really frustrating when I get back to work and realize I have no sauce to eat my tots with.

Wouldn't really recommend this place unless you have tons of time to wait. They take forever to answer and to even bring your food out. They are pretty much friendly. Sometimes you will catch someone with a attitude.
