“I gave the stars because my chicken sandwich was nice hot and crisp. But my onion rings had 3hot ones on top and the rest was old and cold.

“Went in with my wife this Saturday evening. Cleanliness and hustle of employees blew me away. Lakesha was the mgr in charge. She was very vocal on comunication with staff and it all showed her performance with our final product. Have had numerous bad experiences at this location and stopped coming. Gave it a shot and got amazed with the experience. Hats off to the team because its obvious that management changes have happened for the best. I believe if you had a bad experience here in the past give another try. You won't be disappointed“

“We ordered bacon egg cheese biscuit meal (hash rounds and OJ), ham egg cheese croissant meal and 2 eggnormous burritos but w/o the egg but add bacon .. (IK, IK... i was thinking the same thing when i repeated what my kid wanted... wth 😆). It come out fast and was so fresh and good! She put extra packets of picante sauce too! We enjoyed everything. “I recommend them for their drinks! The drinks are really good and worth the price you pay! The food on the other hand is usually good, but this specific visit I asked for no onions on my sandwich and they still put onions on it. I told the waiter that I said no onions and showed him where they had onions on it and he said oh OK and didn't come back to the table until 10 minutes later with some sauce I ordered. So I guess that just meant that my sandwich wasn't gonna get remade or anything, so I just picked out the onions, but it still smells like onions. Total bummer and waste of money at that point but I didn't wanna cause a scene. I'll say if you get your food check to make sure it's right because nothing was done for mine“

“for a Mgr in training she was very rude and walked out the door on her phone without giving me my whole order. the burgers were heavily salted. Had a free shake thur the app but I couldn't redeem because it was half price shakes. whatever. Horrible service and food.....And she also drops my phone because she had no idea about the free shake , so she took my phone out of my hand to show another emp and drops it !!!!!“

“The lady with the locks that took my order was the ideal worker for any company to be upfront to the public. Very respectful, greeted with a smile and a amazing personality. Everyone on the grill was fast and clean. I wish more companies had more employees like this.

Also, never take for granted people who have good work ethic.

The employees are friendly, the food is what you'd expect from fast food, the drive thru board always seems to have some sort of malfunction though, so I would suggest if you aren't familiar with the menu or the specials they have going on to go inside.Interior was clean and what you would expect from a fast food restaurant.“

“We ordered takeout, a lot of wings, and it was ready in 15 minutes! We got two flavors: spicy ranch and lemon pepper rub. Both were really good. They don’t skimp on the celery order or ranch. Wings were HOT and good sized. Not cheap but ended up being worth it!“

The prices were really good and that’s what saved the experience for us. If it had been more expensive I would be disappointed.“

I was truly impressed with the breakfast managers and staff! They did an excellent job handling the busy drive-thru. When I pulled up, there were about 10 cars arriving at the same time, and the line still moved incredibly fast. By the time each car reached the window, the food was already ready! I haven’t seen a fast food restaurant in Mobile operate this efficiently—they’re honestly faster than Chick-fil-A. Great job to the managers and team running this store—keep up the amazing work! 👏“
