Chipotle is always a solid choice in my opinion, even though I don’t eat there very often. Whenever I do, the food is consistently good, but the customer service is usually just “blah.” That’s why I felt compelled to leave this review. I was disappointed in the movement of the line to get food. The servers kept leaving and using the iPad and doing other things while my food was just sitting there. This made my food cold. The goal is to keep the line moving forward!
