Well it looks like this place has caught the same disease as almost every other establishment in Magee. Irs the “I’m lazy, don’t care about customers or my job in general” disease.Did an online order. Walked in and the RBF look and the managers face almost made be turn around. So I figured I’d I smiled and tried to make eye contact it would change. Well, I was wrong about that one. Rolled her eyes and walked away. Came in at 315. Brand new location. People were nice. Chicken was hot. Fries Luke warm. Worst part was every booth was dirty. Trash cans were dirty. Food on floors. Girl came through the dining room but didn't even bother to clean off the tables. We had to sit at a table due to no clean booths. Nice facility but needs some cleanliness training 101

Food is pretty good. The guy that works the drive-thru needs to speak up. He just kinda mumbles. Then when he hands you your food there's no interaction. He holds the bag out the window and you grab it. That's it. I'd say the problem is management or the lack thereof.
