“Dude. I’m sorry to all the other places I've been to but this place is just better. They took our order immediately, and had the order out for our group of 6 people in 5 minutes. The bathroom was legit pristine, they even had those “in use” and “vacant” locks on the stall doors. The food was so gas, the chicken was crispy but soft and tender on the inside and the fries were the perfect amount of fluffy and airy but crispy. The comeback sauce was better than any other sauce I’ve ever had, legit. Not only that, they were generous and gave us multiple of them free of charge. The food came out to about $7 for an entire meal. You could tell they weren’t worried about being greedy and just wanted us to eat good. The staff was super nice, wish I would’ve take a picture with the cook but it’s all good. They had a tv too and chairs you could sit in, ever see that in a McDonald’s or any other generic fast food place? Nope. Jack’s is just better. 🙏“

“2nd time here in the last month on a trip from Ga to Tx. Both time we experienced great customer service, but today was different! Today there are only TWO women working. Amanda is running drive thru and front counter while another women is handling the grill! They are slammed, drive thru full of cars and the inside has about 5 sets of customers. Amanda greeted every single person that entered the restaurant with a smile and hello. Let those who are waiting know that she’d be with them as fast as she could. She is moving fast as hell! The woman on the grill is handling every order and special order with ease! They definitely need raises. You don’t see this type of communication between coworkers very often! Amanda you and your coworker are awesome!“

“While traveling I decided to stop here for a bite to eat. No one was at the counter to take my order, then a young man came from the kitchen to the counter. His name is Craig and he took the initiative to learn to work the register to take my order so I would not have to wait. He was very kind and considerate. And then I really appreciated the fact that he learned something new just to serve me.“

“My brother and I had a delightful waitress, Juanita, that made our visit special. The pizza was delicious and the salad fresh. She kept our glasses filled and checked on us. Definitely will go again.“
