McDonald's has some areas for improvement, particularly with customer service. Upon entering, customers may not be immediately greeted, and it can take a while to get someone's attention. Orders may be incomplete, such as missing condiments or napkins, and modifications, like adding cheese to a hamburger, might be overlooked. The self-service kiosks can be confusing, and staff may be unhelpful in resolving issues. As a result, orders can take a long time to fulfill, leading to a frustrating experience for customers.
