Tonight Mr. Eugene absolutely blew me away with his awesome customer service…he was motivational to his employees while making sure my food was all hot & fresh! I appreciate his attention room to detail! Way to go, Mr. Eugene & employees for making my McDonald’s experience awesome tonight!
The current manager during this visit is extremely loud and was constantly raising her voice at the staff to the point where it became unpleasant for me to sit in the lobby, I have managed before and doesn't take that to run a proper shift. If I was her staff I wouldn't take it from her, it's a difference between correction and ridicule.
Nasty!!! They need to CLEAN UP!!
