“So I ordered a couple of blueberry waffles online, get in my truck n it wont crank, my jump battery was dead, my neighbors were still asleep, I was mad about it. You cant call any specific locations so I left feedback on the website just to let em know I didnt intentionally abandon my waffles n thought that would be the end of it. Possibly an email from em. No the manager called me from his personal phone and BROUGHT TWO FRESH AND HOT BLUE BERRY WAFFLES TO ME!!!!! this is the best waffle house ever (4411 denny ave) I dont care what anyone says these guys are the best!“
“Amazing customer service. We ended up having to leave before ordering our food due to my daughter not feeling well and the waitress told us the apple juice and tea we ordered were on the house. She was so sweet and I'm grateful to her!“
