I ordered jacks this morning a Deluxe which comes with grits which I did not receive as well as we never get the hashbrowns and of course we didn’t get it this time. The coffee was DISGUSTING..Like dish water with a hint of coffee!! I ordered a side of eggs which we did not receive. And one of our pancake plates with sausage is suppose to come with two but we only got one and part of the edge of it was missing lol! This place in Ocilla just gets worst and worst I’ve been there...read full review
Belmont MS location we had the 2 piece chicken dinner with green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit and everything was awesome!
My food was cold and no flavor, told them about it and gave me another cold burger, unbelievable.

Jack's Family Restaurant is a favorite place to eat, with food that is good and prices that are fair. The atmosphere is charming. The service is exceptional, with the friendliest staff who go above and beyond. The store is always super clean. At the Evelyn Gandy location in Petal, Ms. Michelle and her crew are very friendly and very professional, providing great customer service. If there is any problem with an order, they fix it with no problem. Even coming late, about 40 minutes before close, fresh food was made, and nobody acted like it was an imposition. Meals like fried chicken, green beans, and Mac n cheese are made to order and taste really good. However, some customers have had issues with app freebies and order accuracy, leading to frustration. Despite this, the restaurant is noted for its helpful staff and affordable prices.
