“I might not have left this review if my complaint was took seriously and handled differently. My husband went in the Loves Truck Stop and seen Arbys and decided he wanted some Curly fries. He also grabbed 2 classic roast beef. Since my husband is the kind of person that would rather take his loss and not go back in , I DID!! The fries was not fresh but by the time I got in the car he already ate half of them but the Classics are the ReAL problem!! Bread was old, like it was sitting all day in a opened bag. The roast beef was cold a not cut paper thin. Meaning it was already made and not made to order like it’s supposed to be. And was surly not 3 oz!!! I went in for a refund and Mathew decided I was only worth a refund for the 2 classic roast beef, not the whole meal for my troubles!!! Not even a sorry or offer a replacement!!! They also should work on their appearance. Mathew do better!!“

“normally I have never had a a bad visit until today. Cashier took my order and the person in back made what was on the ticket...which is not what I ordered. Couldn't really bring it up to the manager as he was on his phone texting or surfing as he always is, except this time he did have a broom in his hand.I also thought the 3 taco special came with a drink, but that must have changed as I had to buy a drink too... I will check on the sign up front when I leave.I had them at 5 stars for the longest time..and yeah a few times did have a small thing wrong with my order but nothing big.“

“Great experience. Food was hot and fresh tasting and didn’t take forever like most other fast food places typically these days. Service was good also. Guy working was courteous and friendly. Got napkins and sauce in bag without having to ask which is rare these days. Will definitely be back!“

I am always greeted with a bright, vibrant smile, and a hello they are all respectful and professional so Redhead, Blondie with glasses, Freckles, Squeaky voice keep up the good work!!!“

If you are still dissatisfied about the food I will try my hardest to ensure that next time you come to our location I'll try and do better next time. “Service and food are always excellent fast food! Several times, there has been an additional $0.20 charge for the Apple sauce that is supposed to come with the kids meal. They have removed it without question when i mentioned it. The manager said they had someone coming to correct that in the system.“
