Checkers is a 24-hour restaurant with varying experiences depending on the shift. The day shift, run by friendly foreigners, offers great service and food. However, the night shift is less reliable - workers may hide, yell at customers through the speaker, or claim to be closed. The dining room is inside a convenience store that needs ceiling tile and vent replacements. Despite inconsistent service, the food is consistently hot and fresh.
