To much! lol But last week I ordered through the chick fil a app for delivery and used my points for a free frosted coffee and never received my order I payed $45 and then received a call from a DoorDash driver telling me order was stolen from another driver and my order was then cancelled and I called the number the Chick-fil-A app had and the lady I spoke with told me I would receive my refund within three days! This was on Jan. 28th and I still have yet to receive my refund?! :( very disappointing! $45 was a lot to spend that day I was sick for two weeks and my daughter was sick as well and she just wanted some chick fil a so I decided to spend that money and was out my last bit of extra money and nor did she get her lunch that day she wanted.. 🤦‍♀️ I would be mindful Using there app for delivery! :(“

“Went on a Saturday at lunch time and they were not busy. Staff was incredibly friendly and the food was great. The broccoli salad and the Olivia's chicken salad are amazing! The grape salad is delicious and the turkey club was really good too. We will be back!“

“I decided to try Jack's restaurant on Shelby drive in Memphis, Tennessee today. The breakfast wrap was advertised on a window decal for $1.49. So I ordered a sausage and eggs wrap, when the young lady gave me my total she said $2.18, so I shared with her that the sign in the window said $1.49 without taxes so the total should not be $2.18. She said that the prices went up. So I said to her that they should have taken the sign down when they changed the prices. So I decided to go ahead and order it. When I got my order just to realize that they gave me a bacon wrap. So I parked my car and went inside just to stand in line for another 5 minutes. Once I got my sausage and eggs wrap. I was very disappointed because I was expecting to see the wrap the way it looks on the picture which is chop sausage or crumble sausage. I had one small sausage cut in half and some eggs and cheese sauce. Very disappointed. By the way the employees were very happy and friendly, the restaurant was clean inside. By the way on my way to take my brother to the doctor office the window decal is still there facing Shelby drive for $1.49.“
