Starbucks in Southaven

“I have not been inside but have been through the drive through multiple times. The service is always pretty quick, with being part of the bank the line can get a bit long but they do move people through quick. This is my go too Starbucks in southaven, much easier to get in and out of compared to the one off of Goodman Rd.“

“It's really nice to grab a cup of coffee and shop. The employees, for the most part, are kind and can figure out what you want. May take a moment, but they'll get it. I can say I've had fewer problems at this Starbucks than the one around the corner.“

“This was not the best Starbucks I have gone to. Walking in the cashier was not attentive and didn't notice I had been waiting on her to get off her phone. She wasn't focused during the order and missed a part of my order. However the young lady that made my drink was great, if the cashier had taken it correctly my drink would have been better, but I don't blame the barista. I think the inside could be a tad cleaner but today could have been busy. Overall my experience was okay, but I would not go out of my way to come back.“

“Morning crew compared to lunch crew is way better on timing and customer service. Went there for lunch today and drive thru lady is just not up to par on her customer service. Not sure if she was new, but you guys definitely need someone else to help in the window section next time.“
